Care That Honors the Whole Woman
Sochi Health & Wellness offers integrative reproductive psychiatry for women navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause — with thoughtful, personalized support for anxiety, burnout, and hormone-related mood changes.
You Deserve Care That Listens First
Many women come in feeling dismissed, rushed, or told their symptoms are “normal” — even when they don’t feel like themselves.
At Sochi Health & Wellness, care begins by slowing down.
We take time to understand your symptoms, your story, and your goals, then build a plan that reflects how your mind, hormones, and life intersect.
This is not one-size-fits-all mental health care.
It’s care designed around you.

Meet Your Provider
Hello!
I’ve always believed that healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms. Early in my career as a nurse, I cared for a patient recovering from surgery who was in severe pain. No matter what medication I gave her, nothing seemed to help.
It wasn’t until I sat down and really listened — learning about the emotional stress she carried alongside her physical pain — that we began to see a change. Simply being present, hearing her story, and addressing both her emotional and physical needs made a measurable difference in her recovery. That experience shaped how I approach care today: evidence-informed, compassionate, and whole-person focused.
I’ve also walked this path personally. After the birth of my second child, I experienced irritability and overwhelm that didn’t make sense to me. I was otherwise happy, healthy, and supported, yet my body and mind felt “off.” Through lab testing, I discovered a severe vitamin D deficiency — and once corrected, I began to feel like myself again. That experience reinforced for me how physical health, mental well-being, and lifestyle are deeply intertwined.
These lessons guide everything I do now. Whether it’s integrating nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplements, therapy, medication, or mindfulness practices, my goal is to create a care plan that treats every part of you, not just the parts that show up on a lab report.
Healing is most powerful when your body, mind, and life are in sync. That’s why I’m passionate about guiding women through reproductive mental health, hormone-related challenges, and life transitions with integrative, personalized, and faith-respecting care.

A Philosophy of Care That Honors You:
Care at Sochi Health & Wellness is integrative, collaborative, and personalized.
Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, she partners with each client to understand the full picture, including emotional, hormonal, physical, and lifestyle factors. Treatment plans may include a thoughtful blend of medication management, psychotherapy, functional lab and genetic testing (including GeneSight), supplementation, mindfulness practices, nutritional guidance, movement, and self-care routines.
Every decision is shared. Every plan is tailored. The goal is not just symptom relief, but clarity, balance, and long-term well-being.
Above all, care is delivered in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded, honoring each woman’s values, experiences, and goals.
