Thoughtful, personalized mental health support for women

Most women who find their way to Sochi Health and Wellness have already tried.

They have seen their primary doctor. They have had the tests. Some have been in therapy. Some have been on medication that helped a little, but not enough.

They are not new to trying. They are tired of trying things that do not account for the whole picture.

That is the gap this practice was built to close.

Built by someone who understands what it feels like when the system misses you.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in women's mental health and integrative reproductive psychiatry.

Early in my career, I cared for a patient recovering from surgery who was in severe pain. No medication helped. It was not until I sat down and really listened, learning about the emotional weight she was carrying alongside the physical pain, that things began to shift. Being heard made a measurable difference in her recovery.

That experience shaped everything.

Later, after the birth of my second child, I experienced something I could not explain. I was healthy and supported, but my body and mind felt wrong. Lab testing revealed a severe vitamin D deficiency. Once corrected, I began to feel like myself again.

I understood then, at a deeply personal level, how physical health and mental well-being intersect, and how easy it is to miss that intersection.

I built this practice because women deserve care that looks at both

Care at Sochi Health and Wellness is integrative, collaborative, and built around you.

Before any treatment decision is made, we consider who you are as a woman right now. Are you postpartum? Trying to conceive? In perimenopause? Navigating a hormonal shift that is affecting your mood and your sense of self?

Those questions matter. They shape the plan. And they are questions most providers never ask.

Treatment here may include medication management, functional lab and genetic testing, supplementation, psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle support. Sometimes all of the above, and always tailored - always collaborative.

Every decision is made with you, not for you.
